Protein Milkshake

 

1 banana  
1 cup milk, or part yogurt 
½ cup 'Kernal' Peanut Butter
2 tbsp honey  
½ tsp vanilla or cinnamon
5 ice cubes 

1. Combine all the ingredients together.
2. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
